Annika’s vibrant, confident, joyful personal branding and boudoir session

Annika was a really fun client to work with! She was referred to me by some friends of hers who are past clients of mine. Annika is an actress and was looking for a combination of a boudoir session and a personal branding session (which we all know I LOVE!!!). She’s in a really happy space in her life, and her sense of inner peace and joy just radiates out of these portraits!

Annika’s personal branding portraits

Annika was excited to create headshots that were full of personality and life. She wanted these pictures to feel poised, grounded, vibrant, and polished.

Annika brought two looks for her personal branding session. First, she paired high-waisted jeans with a dusty rose-colored blouse. The puffy sleeves of the blouse brought a relaxed, feminine feeling to these portraits.

Annika loved her smile in this headshot!

Next, Annika wore a really dark blue dress with a drape-y neckline. It felt really confident and elegant in her portraits!

This headshot felt a little more dramatic -- perfect for theater auditions.

Annika’s boudoir portraits

Annika’s boudoir portraits have so much fun energy in them! Annika brought along a cozy textured sweater that she paired with black bottoms, creating a happy, snuggly vibe.

In other portraits, Annika wore a striking black bodysuit that felt super elegant and effortlessly cool.

Annika also brought along an outfit — a corset-like long bra and ruffly thong set, all embroidered with flowers — that she said made her feel “like a Disney princess, in the best way!” The portraits where she’s wearing this set ended up feeling really magical.

We ended the session with Annika wearing a simple white button-down shirt. These portraits are some of my favorites from her session — Annika’s energy in them is so relaxed, self-loving, and confident. These feel really sensual and grounded.

I love these next three portraits and the figure details they show. There’s a lovely sense of movement and vibrancy in them! (I think they’d look fantastic as a wall art trio!)

These last three portraits of Annika feel just like her: happy, confident, and empowered.

Annika, you were such a joy to work with! You brought so much happiness and life to my little studio, and it was an absolute blast to create these portraits with you. I am so so glad that we got to work together -- thank you for trusting me with your personal branding and boudoir portraits! I hope our paths cross again!!
