Modern Minneapolis Boudoir Portraits

Leah's boudoir session is so full of warmth, personality, strength, and inner light! I could go on and on about her beautiful choices for outfits, her mix of lighthearted and dramatic expressions, and how much we laughed during her photoshoot! But honestly, it's going to be a lot more meaningful coming from her - here's what Leah had to say about her boudoir portrait experience.

“I’ve always been really bad at taking pictures.

I would make a silly face, so if I looked bad, I could say it was on purpose... When my friend, Jensen, told me about her Boudoir shoot, I knew I needed to do it, too. I sat on the idea for year. I went through a lot of major life changes this summer, and I knew it was the perfect time to do something for myself.

I wanted to feel beautiful, feminine, and powerful again.

Once I spoke on the phone with Alyssa, I knew I made the right choice. Once I met her in person, I knew the day was going to be memorable. I felt happy and energetic, and on the other hand, incredibly calm. And posing for photos was surprisingly a workout!!

When I look at my beautiful album, not only do I see a beautiful woman, I think of one of the best weekends of my life. I recommend the experience, and Alyssa to all my friends, and proudly show of my album to pretty much everyone. ”
