D's relaxed, feminine boudoir session

D brought beautiful intentions into her boudoir session - she wanted to take a day to herself, pause and celebrate where she is at in life, and to crate amazing and special art of her body and spirit, right.

Her pictures have an incredible, powerful, feminine energy to them - some moments feel so effortless and relaxed, some moments feel so feminine and powerful, other moments feel so joyful, and others feel incredibly grounded and peaceful.

I also really loved that these words that D shared with me after her session - here is what she had to say about her experience.

“Honestly, this experience was so much more than I thought it would be! I was a little nervous about how it would go, or if I would like the pictures, but everything Alyssa did made the experience so comfortable and normal. I want to tell everyone I know that they should do a boudoir session!

I'm surprised by how much delight and empowerment I felt during the session and the reveal, and I want to carry those feelings with me always. It's so easy to be harsh or critical towards my body, but this experience has made me really feel in awe of myself. Now, even if I notice things about my body to be critical of, I'm finding that I have much more capacity to hold those in a neutral way.”
